Ginge helped us buy our first home earlier this year. She is light years ahead of other agents who we crossed paths with during our two-year long search. She set up a time to get to know my husband and I through Zoom, then tailored our home search based on our parameters, but repeatedly flagged homes that we might want to see (and on the other hand, helped us weed out homes we thought we might want to see that didn't actually fit our needs).
