Ginge helped us buy our first home earlier this year. She is light years ahead of other agents who we crossed paths with during our two-year long search. Bottom line: you are not just a potential commission to Ginge, and she makes that clear from the first interactions you have. She set up a time to get to know my husband and I through Zoom, then tailored our home search based on our parameters, but repeatedly flagged homes that we might want to see (and on the other hand, helped us weed out homes we thought we might want to see that didn't actually fit our needs).
When it came time to put an offer in on a home we loved, Ginge was there every step of the way, walking us through the process and helping us to put our best offer forward. Ginge was an absolute pleasure to work with as well as extremely effective in selling my father's coop last year.
