Jaime is phenomenal, and we could not recommend her enough! From our very first conversation, Jaime really put in the time to listen to and get to know us. She was so in-tune with our desires, responsive, and accessible that it was hard to believe she was somehow also navigating other clients. She is the utmost professional-- knowledgeable not only about the challenging market and how best to navigate it, but also had great recommendations for putting together an all-star cast of people to help us through the entire process from legal advice and financing through inspections and beyond. Moving back to the east coast was a scary decision. Working with the Allison Ziefert Real Estate Group though made it easy. From our initial contact through closing every team member we worked with was fantastic. They are all organized, knowledgeable, and responsive.
We spent time looking through properties online sending ideas and managed to find one very quickly. The group was able to help us get it in an extremely short timeline.
The group also gave amazing recommendations on other professionals to work with who you will need during and after the process of buying a house (attorneys, mortgage, contractors, flooring, etc...).

We cannot say enough good things about Allison & her team. It was a tough decision who to use when we were listing our home. We had heard Allison was the agent in another recent sale in our neighborhood, so we decided to give her a call. We immediately let her know we were unsure who we would be using and from the very second we got on the phone, she was so pleasant, professional, and supportive. We decided to go with Compass and Allison and within days of that decision, we were beyond confident we made the correct decision! Allison and her team were so helpful, conscientious, attentive, and organized! Their team made a potentially difficult time so relaxed with a flow that was comfortable and kept us at ease. They answered all of our questions quickly, they kept us in the loop on all emails and conversations, they even emailed us scheduled items so we knew everything that was happening every step of the way. The staging was absolute perfection. They were also so kind with our two senior cats! Again, we cannot say enough great things! We will absolutely use Allison again when/if we need to sell or move. We moved the week of Thanksgiving and closed on our home sale the week before Christmas, and to make that as easy as possible, is truly amazing!
