She set up a time to get to know my husband and I through Zoom, then tailored our home search based on our parameters, but repeatedly flagged homes that we might want to see (and on the other hand, helped us weed out homes we thought we might want to see that didn't actually fit our needs).
When it came time to put an offer in on a home we loved, Ginge was there every step of the way, walking us through the process and helping us to put our best offer forward. She is knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, and patient. I have no doubt that she made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Ginge's partner, Allison, helped us on the day of our close when Ginge was out of town, and Allison embodies all of the wonderful things that Ginge does.
