They were patient, explained the process clearly (both to our elderly mother and to my sister and me who were facilitating her house sale), anticipated questions, constantly made themselves available for any questions, and were globally a pleasure with whom to work. Besides being super competent, Allison impressed me with her care and concern. She was not at all pushy, but provided the perfect mix of hand holding and support. Under her guidance, we came up with a plan and timeline to sell our mother's house. We got multiple offers above asking, and she provided invaluable input throughout the entire process.
