Where do we start? When we first moved to New Jersey, we were lost and had no idea how to navigate purchasing a home. It was overwhelming to the point that it slowed us down. After years of looking, we just couldn't find the right house at the right price. Then our friends introduced us to Jaime. Within two months, we had found our perfect family home.

Jaime is a wonderful listener. She helps you isolate what it is that you really want in your day-to-day experience in your home and community. She also brings equal amounts of practicality and big ideas to the forefront, to help you realistically imagine what your life might be like in a home. This practicality really comes in handy also when you walk through basements together and need to know what things are (like an old oil tank connection) and will help you understand what to avoid. She is focused on finding you a home that makes you feel inspired, and will be up-front with you if something is not right, or realistically not something you should consider beyond your budget.

As first time home buyers, Jaime was able to demystify the home buying process for us and connect us with amazing teams (lenders, inspectors) that helped make us feel incredibly comfortable and confident during the whole purchase process. Her expertise helped us formulate a competitive offer that we were financially comfortable with, and ultimately won us our new, wonderful first family home.
