Her communication throughout was clear, proactive, and exactly what we needed at each stage of the process. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in finding the right home for our family. This didn't seem like a business deal whatsoever. We ultimately didn't end in a purchase in her area (pivoted to Philly) but she still continued to check in on us and asked how we were doing and if we landed in a place we would be happy. It was obvious the whole time that our family's fit and happiness came first for her.
