The general specs of your property and dream price will be searchable by other Compass agents who may have an ideal buyer match for you. If one of them contacts us, we would then discreetly reach out to you and see if the price and timing are right for you.
Here’s an example. Let’s say you have a 4BR house in Maplewood and you want to sell it for a dream number of $1.35 million. If you register your Make Me Move price in our database a Compass agent who is searching on behalf of a buyer will see the names of other Compass agents who have a contact with a 4BR home in Maplewood with a Make Me Move price entered. Your name and address will not be disclosed for confidentiality but this will allow Compass agents to reach out to us with a reference number and see if there is a deal to be made.
